      I always forget if I’m supposed to grab the towel BEFORE not panicking… or if I’m first supposed to not panic and then go find the towel…

         FIRST, don’t panic. It’s right there on the cover of your book.

         SECOND, grab your towel. It is useful for avoiding having a reason to panic.
