I think I say this a lot. I frequently relax through music.

That might include listening to music, playing music, recording music, arranging music, analyzing music, or just hearing the music in my head.

There’s always music playing in my head.

I like to read, especially fantasy. I also love talking, teaching about metaphysics. I find it energizing.

Music is really relaxing but one has to figure out the type of music that particularly suits the mood of the day. It may not be the same for every day.

Our music is season and emotion based. So you know what to play and what to hum along.

  Yeah the seasonal aspect is definitely true to some extent. A lot of times, to be honest, I have a lot of trouble finding what I’m in the mood to listen to and I end up skipping through different playlists for a while

I forgot to mention that our music is also time of the day and night specific. Our ears are attuned to it more for those who are trained in classical music. Western symphony is also very mood specific.
